At PYETA, we believe that lasting change in Somalia and the Horn of Africa begins with evidence — and ends with action. We bring local expertise, regional understanding and global standards together to help our partners design better policies, stronger programs, and futures worth investing in.
Senior development leader with 15+ years of experience managing multi-sector education, livelihoods, migration, and humanitarian programmes across Somalia and the Horn of Africa. Proven track record supervising 35 staff, coordinating multi-agency platforms, managing donor-funded portfolios exceeding $500,000, and delivering services to 36,000 beneficiaries across 18 regions. Experienced partnering with ministries, UN agencies, and international donors including EU, UNICEF, FAO, CARE International, and USAID. Strong background leading large-scale TVET systems, youth employment initiatives, and institutional strengthening programmes in complex operating environments.
